No, but we highly recommend it! By booking online you can secure your preferred jump session in advance and avoid the disappointment of arriving only to find we are fully booked. We only have a limited number of tickets available for each jump session. Booking online in advance ensures you get to jump at your preferred time and don’t miss out. It also saves you $3 a ticket
No, tickets do not have to be purchased online. However, purchasing your ticket online ensures you get to jump at your preferred time and also entitles you to our special online rate. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee walk-in bookings.
There are 2 ways to purchase your tickets:
Don’t worry, our online booking system also allows payments via PayPal. You can set up a paypal account and nominate a savings account for funds to be paid from.
Walk-in bookings can also pay over the counter with cash.
You sure can. You just need to be over 18 or get your parent/guardian to read and sign the conditions of entry on your behalf during the online booking procedure.
Yes we are. The manager has the right to refuse entry to anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs and alcohol. For Corporate group functions we do make an exception to this rule, where by groups may BYO on alcohole to be consumed in private rooms However there is a strict no drink and jump policy and our staff will monitor this.
Here at Jump Mania we are all about getting involved and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. So naturally we encourage parents to get involved and jump with their children. We understand this is not always going to be the case so we ask you observe the following rules:
The Jump Mania Safety Rules must be followed at all times while jumping.
No, people who are not jumping do not have to pay to enter the park. We welcome non-jumpers to observe the fun and excitement from our Skydeck. The Skydeck has views over the entire trampoline park and has a really great café too.
Parents/guardians supervising their child under the age of 11 are also free to supervise their child on the trampoline deck at no cost.
You should arrive 20 minutes before your jump session to ensure that you are ready to get airborne on time. The check-in process involves completing any outstanding paperwork (including the conditions of entry), collecting your wrist band and Jump Mania grip socks, packing your belongings in the locker area and listening to the compulsory safety presentation.
You should wear comfortable clothes to jump in – this could be your normal exercise get up or everyday around-the-house gear. Our special Jump Mania grip socks are compulsory. No other footwear or socks are allowed on the trampolines. Please make sure you remove all items from pockets including phones, keys and coins and any large or loose jewellery (or anything that could damage the trampolines).
Yes, there are open wall lockers available on the Skydeck. These are monitored by CCTV but are not lockable. We encourage you to consider leaving valuables at home.
Our manufacturer recommends a maximum weight of 110kg.
Jump sessions are 1 hour each and start on the hour, every hour during opening times. Your welcome to purchase a second hour of jumping either when you first check in or when your session finishes. Your second or third hour will be cheaper than your first.
Absolutely! Just pay for the additional hour when booking online or over the counter at Jump Mania.
No there is not, however management reserves the right to ask any jumper to leave one hour after they’ve finished jumping. We understand Jump Mania will be the coolest place to hang-out in town, but we only have limited space and paying customers will always have priority to the facility.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent/guardian read and lodge the conditions of entry prior to jumping. The easiest way to complete the conditions of entry is online as part of the online booking process. The other alternatives are to have your parent/guardian lodge the form online or to have them come in store and lodge from one of our ipads.
We respectfully ask that you do not bring outside food and drink onto the premises. The Jump Mania café has a variety of food and beverage options available..
No we are not. Drinking and jumping is not a good combination. Please do not visit the park if you are under the influence of alcohol/drugs or you will be asked to leave. For group parties we have a BYO alcohole option for Coperate Parties. However a no drink no jump policy will be strictly enforced
Yes – They can be found on our GROUP BOOKINGS page, please email us if you'd like additional information
Yes, the parent/s of the birthday child are required to be in attendance at all times. Other parents can attend but are not required to. Please keep in mind that VIP Party Rooms have a maximum capacity of 20 children and take this into consideration when planning your Jump Mania Birthday Party.
Yes, of course! In fact, we encourage you to get involved – what a great activity to do with your children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren! Additional jump sessions must be purchased at the ticket counter and adult jumpers are not included in the party package prices.
The parties will always begin with the jump session – a belly full of birthday cake and bouncing up and down on a trampoline is not a good combo!
Birthday parties run for 90 minutes. We ask you to check-in 20 minutes early to get your grip socks, wrists bands and to meet your Party Captain. For any other queries, please refer to your party booking confirmation email from Jump Mania or contact us on P: 1300 976 193
Only if you have booked one of our self catered birthday party packages. Other than that Jump Mania is not a self-catering venue. There are a number of different party food packages to choose from. If you wish to bring a birthday cake to eat in the upstairs cafe area (but have not booked a party package) there will be a $10 BYO cake charge.
At Jump Mania our #1 priority is safety! We strive to ensure that every jumping experience is as safe as possible.
Participating in any activity involves a level of risk. Whether you are going to the gym, playing sport or even just driving or walking to work, there is risk involved. Jumping on a trampoline also carries with it a level of risk. To reduce this risk we have developed internal systems and processes to help make the trampoline park a safe environment for everyone. There is also a set of Jump Mania Safety Rules we ask you to follow. Please read and follow these safety rules to minimise the chance of injury to you and others.
The Jump Mania Safety Rules are here for a reason – to be followed and for your safety! Please respect the park and make it your business to know the rules and follow them. We ask everyone to sign a Conditions of Entry form to confirm they know and understand the safety rules and accept the risk involved with jumping in our trampoline park.
A lot of thought has gone into developing our safety systems. If you follow the Jump Mania Safety Rules you are minimising the risk of injury to you and others. There is also a compulsory safety presentation you will be required to watch before the start of your session. If you are still unsure about any aspect of safety, please approach one of our friendly staff to discuss your concerns. Safety is our #1 priority and we don’t mind taking the extra time to explain how you can be safe and have fun at the same time.
At Jump Mania we have a strict no conditions of entry form, no jump policy.
To make this process easy, you will receive a link in your ticket purchase email confirmation. The conditions of entry can also be completed once at the park at our conditions of entry tablet station.
If you are under 18 years of age your parent/guardian will be required to either electronically sign the conditions of entry when making the booking OR accompany your child at check-in to sign the conditions of entry at the tablet station.
If you do not book online, the conditions of entry form can be completed at check-in when you arrive, provided you are at least 18 years old.
We reserve the right to ask you for ID and if you can’t supply it we are legally required to assume you are under 18 meaning a parent/guardian will need to lodge the conditions of entry on your behalf.
